Part time Scheduling Superstar

GOT IT MADE Kitchens & Cabinetry is looking for an organised, practical and calm Part-Time Scheduling Superstar to join our Te Awamutu team.

This role is all about keeping projects moving. You’ll help coordinate timelines, communicate with our internal team, support scheduling across design, manufacturing and installation, and make sure the right people have the right information at the right time.

Our showroom, offices and manufacturing factory are all based on one site in Te Awamutu, so you’ll be working closely with our design, factory and installation teams each day.

About the role

You’ll be responsible for:

• Scheduling jobs through design, production and installation stages
• Communicating with clients, suppliers, installers and internal team members
• Keeping project timelines updated and organised
• Helping identify scheduling clashes or delays early
• Supporting the wider team with project coordination and administration
• Ensuring details are followed through clearly and professionally

About you

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Highly organised and detail-focused
• A clear and confident communicator
• Calm under pressure and able to juggle moving parts
• Practical, solutions-focused and proactive
• Comfortable working with schedules, timelines and job information
• Experienced in administration, scheduling, construction, trades, manufacturing or a similar environment

Experience in kitchens, cabinetry, building or trades would be helpful, but is not essential.
