Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Part Time Senior Development Advisor to join our Manhattan/ Brooklyn-based team.

We are a privately owned real estate investment and development firm focused on high-quality hospitality and residential developments throughout Brooklyn.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Development Advisor / Owner's Representative to work directly with Ownership on two significant active projects: Hotel and Ground Up Development

This individual will serve as an extension of Ownership, helping execute projects, coordinate consultants, oversee design, monitor budgets and schedules, and ensure projects move efficiently from planning through construction.

This is not a property management position, construction superintendent role, or financing origination role.

Position Overview

This is an opportunity for an experienced real estate development professional who enjoys solving complex problems, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and improving development project quality.

The successful candidate will work directly with Ownership and will help oversee planning, design, budgeting, scheduling, consultant coordination, and project execution.
