Part-Time Senior FP&Analyst Contract

ABOUT OUR CLIENT AND THE ROLE
Looking for a contract role that offers genuine flexibility without compromising on the quality of work?
Our client is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to join the team on a three to four day per week basis for a four-month contract.
This position has been intentionally structured as a part-time opportunity to provide flexibility for an experienced finance professional who may be balancing family commitments, consulting work or a lifestyle change. Our client is focused on securing the strongest capability available and is open to someone bringing a higher level of commercial finance experience on a reduced working week.
Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you'll partner closely with operational leaders to deliver meaningful analysis, financial modelling and decision support across a diverse organisation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver monthly management reporting and commercial analysis
• Build financial models and forecasting tools
• Analyse operational and financial performance
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business drivers
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Review labour costs, workforce metrics and operational trends
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting and decision making
• Provide commercial insights to support operational leaders

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Demonstrated experience in FP&A or Commercial Finance
• Strong financial modelling and analytical capability
• Advanced Excel skills
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly
• Commercial mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills
• Experience in a large or complex organisation will be highly regarded
• Power BI, Power Query or Business Central experience is advantageous
