Part-Time Server & Bartender (21+)

About Us: Jade Dragon is a fast-paced, team-oriented restaurant located in Milford, NH. We are currently looking for friendly, energetic, and reliable individuals to join our front-of-house team as part-time Servers and Bartenders. If you enjoy providing excellent customer service in a dynamic environment and working with a supportive team, we would love to meet you!

What You Will Do:

• As a Server: Greet guests, take food and beverage orders accurately, deliver meals promptly, and ensure a high-quality dining experience from start to finish.
• As a Bartender: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, maintain a clean and well-stocked bar, and engage with guests seated in the bar area.
• Collaborate seamlessly with the kitchen and sushi bar staff to ensure smooth service during peak rushes.
• Process payments, handle cash accurately, and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Maintain the cleanliness, restocking, and organization of dining areas, the bar, and server stations throughout the shift.

What We Are Looking For:

• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Previous serving or bartending experience is strongly preferred, but we are open to training the right highly-motivated candidate.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-first attitude.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and keep calm under pressure during busy shifts.
• A reliable work ethic and a team-player mentality.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
