Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using our Skytab POS system , ensuring efficient processing of sales transactions
• Serve food and drinks promptly, including beer, and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining high standards of presentation and safety
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Handle cash transactions accurately while processing payments via POS systems; give correct change and receipts
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols
• Assist with food handling, preparation support, and basic food industry practices when needed to support kitchen staff.
• Cleaning efficiency and performing tasks Daily tasks in a timely manner.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse customer needs confidently
• Knowledge of beverage service
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately; understanding of cash handling procedures
• Culinary experience or food industry background is beneficial for understanding menu offerings and food safety standards
