3 Days of the Week Friday, Saturday Evening is a Must from 3pm til 9pm Wed/Thursday is the 3rd Day Option

$9.00 Hourly Plus Tips (No Tip Pool)

Must have Experience in serving,Great Customer Service at that, POS System Experience is a Must (No Writing on Paper), Very Low Phone Usage while on the clock and or None while attending to tables, Very Presentable, Reliability is very important for your shifts. Must stay 15/20 Min max away from job site

Job Summary

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a smooth flow of service
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety
• Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest experience
• Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card processing
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, bar stations, and service stations
• Support food safety protocols by handling food properly and adhering to sanitation guidelines
• Assist with bussing tables, resetting for new guests, and providing guest relations support to foster a welcoming environment

Requirements

• Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; fine dining experience is a plus
• Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; OpenTable experience is advantageous
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
• Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing sales transactions
• Beverage knowledge including spirits, wine, cocktail preparation, and drink service techniques
• Ability to handle food safely, follow sanitation standards, and maintain cleanliness at all times
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed in a part-time capacity
