Part-Time Café Team Member – Esquires Coffee

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Part-Time Team Member to join our busy team at Esquires Coffee. This role is more than just making coffee – it's a fast-paced café and restaurant environment where delivering excellent customer service is at the heart of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing friendly, professional customer service at all times.
• Operating the till and accurately processing customer orders and payments.
• Taking food and drink orders and providing table service.
• Preparing and serving a range of hot and cold drinks to company standards.
• Preparing food, including light meals, sandwiches, paninis and other menu items.
• Clearing, cleaning and resetting tables to maintain a welcoming environment.
• Washing pots, dishes and kitchen equipment, ensuring high standards of cleanliness.
• Maintaining food hygiene and health & safety standards throughout the café.
• Supporting the team during busy service periods and helping with general café duties.

Essential Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, friendly and professional attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy café/restaurant environment.
• Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to help wherever needed.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, if required.

Pay: From £12.71 per hour
