Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems ensuring quick and correct processing of sales transactions
• Serve food and beverages with professionalism and flair, maintaining high standards of drink service and beverage presentation
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols
• Foster positive guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and courteously
• Support team members with host/hostess duties or other restaurant tasks as required

Skills

• Proficiency with POS systems or similar platforms for efficient sales processing
