Job Summary

Frida’s is seeking an experienced Part-Time Server to join our front-of-house team and deliver exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant environment.

This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in an elevated dining setting and takes pride in delivering attentive, knowledgeable, and efficient service. The Server is responsible for guiding guests through the menu, maintaining strong communication with the kitchen and bar, and ensuring each guest enjoys a memorable dining experience.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and a natural sense of hospitality while maintaining high service standards throughout every shift.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service & Hospitality

• Greet guests promptly with a warm and welcoming demeanor
• Provide attentive service throughout the dining experience
• Present menus and offer detailed descriptions of menu items
• Make knowledgeable food, wine, and cocktail recommendations
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns quickly and professionally

Order Management & Service Execution

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
• Deliver food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
• Stay informed on menu changes, daily specials, and happy hour offerings

Dining Room Operations

• Maintain a clean, organized section throughout service
• Reset and prepare tables quickly and efficiently for incoming guests
• Assist teammates when needed to keep service running smoothly

Payments & Closing

• Process guest payments accurately and efficiently
• Follow proper cash handling and POS procedures
• Complete side work and end-of-shift responsibilities

Requirements

• Previous experience as a server in a full-service restaurant
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy service periods
• Attention to detail and commitment to high hospitality standards
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktail pairings preferred
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
