Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling and credit card payments
• Serve food and drinks promptly, including cocktail, wine, spirits, and beverage service
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bussing tables and food handling
• Assist with opening or closing duties as needed, ensuring smooth restaurant operations
• Support guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring satisfaction

Requirements

• Previous food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately
• Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry
• Experience with fine dining or nightclub settings is a plus but not required
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights when necessary
