Part time Server (Experience Needed)

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time breakfast Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have a strong understanding of food and beverage offerings. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable dining experience, from taking orders to delivering meals with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, adhering to cash handling procedures.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and sanitation guidelines.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism, enhancing guest relations.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Experience with POS is preferred.
• Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation is advantageous.
• Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance guest experience.
• Previous fine dining or restaurant experience is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations.
• Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling.
• Experience in hospitality roles such as host/host is a plus.
