PART-TIME SERVER SUPPORT / SERVER ASSISTANT

Schedule: Evenings Weekends | 3:00 PM – 8:30 PM

We are seeking a Part-Time Server Support / Server Assistant to join our Dining Services team. This position is primarily scheduled for evenings and weekends, from 3:00 PM to 8:30 PM.

POSITION SUMMARY

Support the Dining Services team in providing high-quality meals and exceptional customer service to our Residents. Assist Food Servers with dining room service, table preparation, clearing and cleaning tables, maintaining side stations, and ensuring the Dining Room remains clean, organized, and ready for service. Must follow proper food handling, cleaning, sanitation, and infection control procedures while contributing to a welcoming and hospitable environment for Residents and Guests.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The following duties are normal for this position. This list is not to be construed as exclusive or all-inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned.

• Assist Food Servers with dining services and Resident needs.
• Prepare and set tables before meals and maintain the Dining Room throughout service.
• Clear and reset tables promptly and efficiently.
• Assist with carrying food and beverages to Residents and Guests as directed.
• Maintain all side stations and dining areas using the “clean as you go” policy.
• Assist with bussing dishes, silverware, glassware, and other dining items.
• Refill beverages, condiments, napkins, and other dining supplies as needed.
• Assist with special events and functions as needed.
• Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
• Maintain or exceed standards of appearance, cleanliness, personal sanitation, and hygiene.
• Follow all food safety, infection control, safety, and loss prevention procedures.
• Provide courteous and respectful service to Residents, Guests, and team members.
• Attend all required in-services and training.
• Perform all other reasonable tasks assigned by your supervisor.
