Part-Time Server/Bartender

Overview
We are seeking a friendly and experienced Part-Time Server/Bartender to join our vibrant team. This positon is very part-time but could lead to more hours, must work weekends and nights. This role involves providing exceptional food and beverage service in a lively restaurant and bar environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong communication skills, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. This position offers flexible hours suitable for individuals looking to gain or expand their experience in the food service industry.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders with attention to detail
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
• Prepare and serve cocktails, showcasing cocktail experience and mixology skills
• Ensure guest satisfaction by providing attentive and personalized service throughout their visit
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and bar areas in compliance with health and safety standards
• Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during shifts
• Uphold all safety protocols and responsible alcohol service policies

Qualifications

• Prior food service experience is required, demonstrating familiarity with restaurant operations
• Experience working as a bartender, including cocktail preparation, is highly preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
• Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices
