Part time social media content

About the Role

KidsZeeNie is looking for a creative and trend-savvy Social Media Specialist who can identify viral content opportunities, develop a strong content strategy, and grow our Instagram account organically.

We need someone who understands what makes content go viral and can turn trends into engaging brand content that increases reach, followers, engagement and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Research daily viral trends, trending audio, Reels formats, hooks and competitor content.
• Develop monthly content strategies and weekly content calendars for Instagram.
• Create engaging Reels, product videos, carousels, stories and other shareable content.
• Find creative ways to showcase our kids’ products, stationery, swimming products, home and kitchen essentials, games and home décor.
• Plan, execute and publish content consistently.
• Use video editing and AI tools to create engaging content from product images and videos.
• Analyse performance insights and improve content based on reach, watch time, shares, saves, engagement and follower growth.
• Build a consistent brand presence and drive organic audience growth without depending entirely on paid ads.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of hands-on social media experience.
• Proven experience in organically growing Instagram accounts.
• Strong understanding of viral trends, storytelling, content hooks and audience behaviour.
• Creativity, initiative and the ability to execute ideas independently.
• Experience with video editing and AI content creation tools is an advantage.

Mandatory Requirement

Candidates must share their portfolio and proof of previous results, including accounts managed, follower growth, high-performing Reels and engagement metrics.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate real results, not just post content.

Pay: From ₹5,000.00 per month
