About Us

We are a fun, energetic Revolving Sushi & Ramen Bar looking for a creative and outgoing Part-Time Social Media Content Creator to help us grow our online presence and bring our food, restaurant atmosphere, and customer experience to life on social media.

If you are someone who is always making TikToks, Reels, taking food photos, spotting trends, or thinking of creative content ideas, this could be a great fit for you!

What You'll Do

• Create engaging TikTok, Instagram Reels, Stories, and other social media content
• Film short-form videos featuring our food, drinks, restaurant, staff, and dining experience
• Take high-quality photos and videos using a smartphone or camera
• Come up with creative and entertaining content ideas
• Follow current TikTok, Instagram, and food/social media trends
• Write captions and select appropriate hashtags
• Help maintain a consistent posting schedule
• Showcase new menu items, promotions, events, and special offers
• Capture behind-the-scenes content and the personality of our restaurant
• Work with management to develop social media campaigns and promotions
• Monitor engagement and identify content that performs well
• Occasionally appear in videos or coordinate with staff/customers who participate

What We're Looking For

• Creative, energetic, and comfortable being around people
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Reels, and short-form video
• Good eye for food photography and video
• Able to edit short videos using apps such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, or similar
• Comfortable filming in a busy restaurant environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliable and able to work independently
• Willing to experiment with new ideas and trends
• Restaurant, food, hospitality, photography, or social media experience is a plus

A degree is NOT required. We care more about your creativity, content skills, personality, and ability to create engaging content.

• Is constantly aware of trending sounds, formats, and challenges
• Has their own social media portfolio, TikTok, Instagram, or previous content they can show us
• Wants hands-on experience building a restaurant's social media presence

Schedule & Hours

Part-time hours with a flexible schedule. Some content will need to be created during restaurant operating hours, including occasional evenings or weekends, depending on promotions and events.

Approximately 10–15 hours per week, depending on availability and content needs.

Compensation

$25–$30 per hour, depending on experience and demonstrated content-creation skills.

Opportunities for additional hours and increased responsibility based on performance.
