Part-time Social Media Project Coordinator (Hungary)

About the role
We are looking for a Part-time Social Media Project Coordinator based in Hungary to support the on-site execution and coordination of social media and employer branding projects for a major international manufacturing brand. This is a flexible, project-based role and is ideal for someone with strong project coordination skills, social media awareness, and excellent Hungarian communication abilities. You will work closely with local teams, agencies, photographers, videographers, and international stakeholders to ensure content projects are executed smoothly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute on-site social media content projects across Hungary, particularly in Szeged and Budapest.
• Manage content production schedules, location coordination, employee interviews, and event coverage.
• Liaise with local HR teams, PR agencies, creative partners, and international stakeholders.
• Support the production of social media content related to employee stories, factory updates, community engagement, CSR & ESG initiatives, and employer branding.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and according to the content plan.
• Coordinate logistics, travel arrangements, permissions, and other operational aspects of content production.

Requirements

• Based in Hungary and able to travel within Hungary regularly.
• Fluent in Chinese, Hungarian and English（ Chinese is preferred)
• Experience in project coordination, marketing, social media, PR, events, or content production.
• Strong project management and execution skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Reels, and short-form social media content.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment.
• Preferred
• Experience working with creative agencies, photographers, or video production teams.
• Experience in employer branding, recruitment campaigns, or community engagement projects.
• Basic photography or video production knowledge is a plus.

• Mainly project-based, with higher involvement during content shooting periods and major events
• Travel within Hungary is required

Pay: 4,000.00Ft - 5,500.00Ft per hour
