Part Time Sonographer

Role Overview:

This position is for a Registered Sonographer responsible for performing ultrasound imaging, including abdominal, small parts, obstetrical, and vascular studies, to aid in diagnosis and treatment. The role involves ensuring equipment functionality, independently conducting ultrasound examinations, and documenting procedures accurately. The sonographer may perform studies on-call, portable exams, and at various sites as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Associate or Trade School education
• Certification as RDMS or equivalent
• Preferred: 2+ years of experience, RDCS or equivalent, CPR certification

Key Duties:

• Ensure proper equipment function and readiness
• Perform ultrasound procedures with proper documentation
• Operate independently and adapt to different work environments

This role offers a part-time schedule of 32 hours per week, daytime shift, with no call, weekends, or holidays.
