Part-Time Spa Coordinator

Overview
We are seeking a motivated, committed and organized Spa Coordinator to join our team at The Leaf Spa Chicago. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our spa, providing exceptional customer service, and enhancing the overall guest experience. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for the wellness industry.

Duties

• Greet and assist clients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations to optimize service availability.
• Oversee daily operations, including supervising staff and ensuring adherence to spa protocols.
• Handle cash register operations, including cash handling and processing payments accurately.
• Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients about services and retail offerings.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Proficient in cash register operations with experience in cash handling.
• Strong supervisory skills to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Sales acumen to promote spa services and retail products effectively.
• Ability to perform product demos that engage clients and enhance their understanding of offerings.
• Familiarity with basic math concepts for accurate financial transactions.
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Experience as a spa coordinator, assistant manager, or in a similar role within the luxury hospitality industry is preferred
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as required.
• A passion for delivering a top-tier guest experience.

Expected hours: 15.0 – 25.0 per week
