About the Role

We’re looking for a warm, welcoming Spa Front Desk Concierge who genuinely enjoys helping people feel comfortable and cared for. You’ll be the first person guests meet when they arrive and a helpful point of contact throughout their visit. A friendly greeting, thoughtful communication, and attentive service can make a real difference in a guest’s experience.

This part-time position is approximately 18–20 hours per week and includes two weekday evening shifts and Saturdays.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests, assist with check-in and checkout, and answer questions about their visit
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries warmly and professionally
• Schedule, confirm, and adjust appointments using the spa’s booking system
• Process payments and assist guests with service or product purchases
• Communicate with service providers and team members to help visits run smoothly
• Keep the front desk and reception area tidy and inviting
• Assist with routine administrative tasks and client communications

What We’re Looking For

• Comfort speaking with guests in person and over the phone
• A thoughtful, professional approach to questions or concerns
• Reliability, organization, and attention to detail
• Comfort using a computer and learning scheduling and payment systems
• Availability for two weekday evening shifts and Saturdays

Experience in hospitality, customer service, front desk, spa or salon guest services, medical reception, retail, or a similar role is helpful. Spa experience is a plus, but the right person’s warmth, reliability, and care for guests matter most. Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 22.0 per week
