Part-time Spa Receptionist

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent service performance to customers
• Answer enquiries and address feedback (both compliments and complaints) from customers, escalating to supervisor when necessary
• Listen carefully to customers' requests including appointment bookings, service purchases, and memberships and carry them out accurately
• Interact with both internal and external customers clearly and politely
• Clean and maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the counter
• Perform administrative duties such as ensuring customers fill in the e-form for each visit, settling daily sales figures, and checking insurance packages
• Answer phone calls for reservations in a polite and professional manner
• Assign therapists appropriately to customers and ensure full understanding of retail products and service types

About you

• Friendly, responsible, and customer-oriented
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays as per operational needs
• Basic computer skills preferred
• Positive attitude and team player
• Must be Singaporean or Permanent Resident
