Spa Blu is an established boutique day spa in Chattanooga, Tennessee, offering professional skincare, advanced skin treatments, massage therapy, and beauty services.

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Part-Time Spa Receptionist to join our team!

The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, provides exceptional customer service, and takes pride in creating a welcoming and relaxing experience for every client.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide a welcoming, professional experience.
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to client inquiries.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments.
• Check clients in and out and process payments.
• Assist clients with gift cards, retail products, and general spa service questions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.
• Assist with laundry, including washing, drying, and folding spa linens.
• Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of common spa areas.
• Support spa service providers with daily operational needs.
• Perform general administrative tasks and other day spa support duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Dependable, punctual, and reliable.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and payment systems.
• Willingness to assist with a variety of daily spa responsibilities.
• Previous spa, salon, or front desk experience is a plus, but not required.
