Part-Time Stocktaking

About us

We are providing retail services to the Singapore retail market and manufacturers. The main services we provide are stocktake, item replenishment, maintenance and research. We just started our services in January 2024 and we are hiring new staff, join us and contribute to the development of Singapore's retail market!

**Working Days:**Weekdays only.

• Majority of stocktakes from July to December will be conducted at night

　※Training will be held during the daytime from 1st to 3rd September

Working Hours: Daytime stocktake is from 7am to 4pm

　　　　　　　　 Night stocktake is from 10pm to 6am

　　　　　　　　 ※Minimum 3 hours pay will be given in the event that work ends early.

Salary: From 7 Sept to 17 Sept is a special project, the pay will be $17 per hour for that period.

Daytime stocktake: $12 per hour.

　　　　Night stocktake: $15 per hour.

Additional allowance is provided according to skill level. Skill level is assessed once every 3 months.

　　　　Leader for daytime stocktake: $15 per hour

　　　　Leader for nighttime stocktake: $18 per hour

　　　　Leader role will also receive an additional allowance on top of the hourly pay.

Training pay is $10.5 per hour.

Location: No fixed location. Assignments will be based on the needs at various outlets.

                  ※Most of the stocktakes will be done inside shopping malls.

Job Requirements:

• Will need to travel to different locations each day.
• Basic English proficiency.
• Compensation will be provided for costs incurred on public transport.
• Primary job function will be stocktaking using our specialized scanner.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Experience: Retail experience or stocktaking experience is preferred but not essential. Training will be provided.
• Commitment: 3 months or longer
• We will be prioritizing candidates who are able to do nighttime work from September to November.
