Part-Time Studio Assistant

We're Hiring: Studio Assistant (Part-Time, In Person | Laguna Beach)

Our growing interior design firm is seeking a Part-Time Studio Assistant to support day-to-day operations, help keep the office organized, and projects moving behind the scenes. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a creative, fast-paced environment.

Location: Laguna Beach (In Person Only)

Time commitment: 8-12 hours per week, with the opportunity and intent to grow into a larger role.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintain and organize the material library and design samples
• Coordinate sample returns and local showroom/vendor pickups
• Keep the studio, kitchen, and common areas organized and stocked
• Assist project manager in preparing the studio and materials for client meetings
• Receive and organize mail and packages
• Procurement and expediting tasks
• Light errands and operational support
