📍 Work Location: Core Wellness Hub – Cordova, Cebu (In Person)

Applicants residing in Lapu-Lapu City or Cordova are preferred for easier commuting/travelling.

Your Responsibilities

Studio Operations

• Assist with daily studio opening and closing procedures
• Prepare the studio before classes and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Welcome clients and assist with check-ins
• Support instructors before, during, and after classes
• Help ensure smooth transitions between sessions
• Assist with daily studio operations and general coordination

Administrative Support

• Maintain attendance records and daily reports
• Update Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets trackers
• Assist with class scheduling and studio bookings
• Organize and maintain administrative records
• Respond to basic client inquiries when needed

Creative Support

• Capture photos and short-form videos during classes and studio events
• Document the studio atmosphere and client experiences
• Assist with social media content, stories, and behind-the-scenes updates
• Support simple marketing and promotional activities

Qualifications

• Full-Time or Part-Time position available
• High school graduates, college students, or college graduates are welcome to apply
• Previous experience in administration, customer service, hospitality, or social media is an advantage
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
