Part Time Supervisor

Assist with retail management and sales management activities, helping the team meet service and sales priorities.

Job Summary

We’re seeking a part-time Supervisor to support daily retail operations, guide colleagues and deliver a helpful customer experience. You’ll use your leadership, communication and time management skills to keep the team organised and the shop floor running smoothly.

Duties

• Assisting with opening and closing the shop
• Supervising the smooth running of the shop and team members
• Use strong organisational skills to balance priorities and communicate clearly with colleagues and customers.
• A customer facing role preparing and serving a range of baked items and made to order food in our bakery shop. There will be occasions when you will be responsible for closing the shop on the weekends.

Hours

• 25-30 hours per week to include weekends

Requirements

• As a supervisor you should be of reliable character, comfortable working as part of a team, and be ready to assist in all aspects of helping to run a busy retail catering shop
• Experience is essential

Pay: £12.95 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 30.0 per week
