Do you love helping swimmers grow in confidence and achieve amazing progress in the water?

We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and reliable Part-Time Swimming Instructor to join our warm and welcoming team at Just Keep Swimming Leisure.

Based in our private heated 10m x 5m pool, we specialise in delivering high-quality lessons in small groups of up to 5 swimmers, creating a calm and supportive environment for babies, children and adults to thrive.

The Role

You’ll be delivering fun, engaging and progressive swimming lessons to a variety of ages and abilities, including:

• Baby & pre-school lessons
• Children’s learn-to-swim
• Adult beginners and improvers
• Small group and private sessions

Our instructors are in the water with swimmers, using a supportive hands-on teaching style that helps build confidence quickly.

What we’re looking for:

• Level 2 Swim Teaching Qualification
• Friendly and approachable personality
• Confident teaching babies, children and/or adults
• Reliable, punctual and professional
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer experience
• Able to create fun lessons using games, floats and engaging activities
• Lifeguarding or Swim Teacher pool rescue qualification desirable but not essential

Hours Available

Part-time hours available including:

• After school weekdays
• Weekends
• Midweek daytime sessions
• Cover hours
