Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate orders and serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction
• Assist in food preparation and kitchen duties to support smooth restaurant operations
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining areas, counters, and kitchen stations
• Follow food safety standards diligently to ensure quality and hygiene in all food handling processes
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve guests promptly and uphold service standards
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities

Skills

• Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly desirable
• Strong serving skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and positive interactions
• Knowledge of food safety practices and basic food preparation techniques
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for order processing and cash handling
• Kitchen experience or culinary background is a plus but not required
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and assist guests confidently
• Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding guest services and creating a welcoming environment
