Part-Time Technology College Instructor

Job Summary

We are seeking passionate, industry-aware, and student-centered Part-Time Technology Instructors to join our academic team. Instructors may teach courses under Information Systems (IS), Computer Science (CS), or Entertainment and Multimedia Computing (EMC), depending on their expertise and the needs of the program.

The instructor will deliver practical, hands-on instruction and guide students in applying computing concepts, tools, and technologies to real-world projects and industry-relevant problems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field

• With teaching, industry, or professional experience in technology or computing

• Expertise in one or more areas such as:

  • Programming and software development
  • Web and mobile application development
  • Database and information management
  • Systems analysis and software engineering
  • Data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence
  • Cybersecurity and information assurance
  • Cloud computing, networking, and IT infrastructure
  • Business intelligence, analytics, and enterprise systems
  • Game programming and game development technologies
  • UI/UX and human-computer interaction

• Familiarity with current technologies, development tools, and industry practices

• Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills

• Amenable to teaching onsite at CIIT's campus in Kamuning, Quezon City

• Passion for mentoring and developing students' technical and professional skills

Responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging lectures, demonstrations, laboratory exercises, and hands-on activities

• Teach computing concepts, tools, and technologies relevant to the instructor's area of expertise

• Guide students in developing applications, systems, technical projects, and other practical outputs

• Connect lessons with real-world technology practices, emerging trends, and industry applications

• Foster a collaborative, practical, and student-centered learning environment
