Key Responsibilities

• Cold Calling: Reach out to potential residential and commercial clients to introduce our cleaning packages and book initial consultations.
• Lead Generation/Follow-Ups: Follow up promptly with warm leads, inquiries, and past estimates to close the loop and secure bookings.
• Email Outreach: Send professional introductory emails, follow-up messages, and promotional offers to prospective clients.
• Pipeline Tracking: Keep accurate notes of calls, emails, and client responses in our scheduling/CRM system.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or inside sales is a plus, but entry-level candidates with a great phone manner are welcome to apply!
• Communication: Warm, clear, and professional communication skills with a friendly telephone demeanour.
• Organization: Strong multitasking skills to effortlessly manage phone calls, email correspondence, and note-taking.
• Drive: Self-motivated and comfortable handling rejection with a positive, resilient attitude.
