Part-Time Teller

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Bank Teller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients while ensuring the smooth operation of banking transactions. This position requires strong financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with various banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
• Conduct fraud prevention and detection measures to safeguard customer accounts.
• Handle cash management duties, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities.
• Utilize financial software for transaction processing and record keeping.
• Provide support in managing debits and credits, ensuring accuracy in all financial dealings.
• Engage in relationship management to foster long-term client connections.

Requirements

• Previous experience in banking or financial services is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on relationship management.
• Proficiency in basic math and retail math for accurate transaction processing.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and cash management principles.
• Ability to operate financial software efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients.
• Saturdays required.
