Part Time Therapist- Adolescent PRTF

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part-Time Therapist to join our adolescent psychiatric residential treatment facility (PRTF). In this vital role, you will provide evidence-based mental health and behavioral care tailored specifically for adolescents facing complex emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges. About Us

Our 10-bed adolescent PRTF provides structured residential treatment for teens facing complex emotional and behavioral challenges. We are looking for licensed therapists who are committed to providing trauma-informed, evidence-based care in a team-centered environment.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy
• Facilitate CBT/DBT and skill-based groups
• Document in compliance with Nevada and PRTF standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team
• Engage families in treatment and discharge planning
• Participate in crisis intervention and safety planning

Qualifications

• Active Nevada license (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or Psychologist)
• Experience with adolescents preferred
• Strong documentation and clinical assessment skills
• Team-oriented mindset
