Are you looking for a part-time opportunity with flexible scheduling and a supportive team? Mind Over Matter Counseling & Consulting is seeking a Missouri LPC or PLPC to provide therapy to children, adolescents, and adults, with an ideal target of 10 client sessions per week.
We offer a furnished office, most client referrals, and administrative and billing support to help you focus on providing meaningful care.
What We Offer

• LPC compensation: Clinician receives 60% of collected payments; practice receives 40%.
• PLPC compensation: Clinician receives 50% of collected payments; practice receives 50%, with weekly clinical supervision included.

• Caseload & SchedulingThis opportunity is intended for a clinician seeking a part-time caseload, with an ideal target of 10 client sessions per week.Scheduling is flexible, with availability that includes either:
• Three evenings per week, or
• Two evenings per week and one weekend day.

Appointment times within those days can be arranged around your availability and client needs. Caseload growth depends on referrals, client fit, and scheduling availability.ResponsibilitiesQualificationsClinicians with specialized training or clinical interests are encouraged to share those areas when applying.Contract DetailsThis is a part-time independent contractor opportunity, with compensation based on collected payments.The practice covers credentialing costs with a two-year contractual commitment. • Provide individualized, developmentally appropriate therapy to children, adolescents, and adults.
• Complete clinical assessments, treatment plans, and timely documentation.
• Use evidence-informed interventions tailored to each client’s needs.
• Involve parents, caregivers, or other support people when clinically appropriate and authorized.
• Communicate effectively with clients and the practice team.
• Coordinate care with other professionals when appropriate and authorized.
• Maintain confidentiality, ethical standards, and professional boundaries.
• Active Missouri LPC or PLPC license in good standing.
• Experience and comfort serving clients across age groups and presenting concerns.
• Strong clinical, communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
• Availability that meets one of the evening/weekend scheduling options.
• Professional liability insurance with minimum coverage of $1 million per claim / $3 million aggregate.
• Your license status.
• Your experience, preferred populations, and areas of clinical interest.
• Your anticipated availability and preferred start date.
