Part-Time Ticketing & Visitor Services Assistant

📍 Location: Gardens by the Bay
📅 Contract: 3 Months + 3 Months Extension
💰 Salary: $10/hour (Weekdays), $12/hour (Weekends), $18/hour (PH)
Lunch & Dinner Provided on Weekends

⏰ Working Hours: 8 to 12-hour shifts, Between 8:30 AM and 9:30 PM
Minimum commitment of 2 days per week, including weekends

Job Responsibilities

• Provide information and assistance to visitors.
• Perform ticket checking and admission control.
• Handle ticket sales using the ticketing system.
• Process cash, NETS, and credit card transactions, including end-of-shift cash settlement.
• Assist in crowd management and ensure a positive visitor experience.
• Support events and programmes held within the Gardens.
• Respond appropriately to accidents and emergency situations.
• Ensure visitor safety during attractions and rides.
• Carry out other operational duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Able to commit for at least 3 months.

• Prior cashiering or customer service experience is an advantage.

• Basic computer literacy.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• No visible tattoos or brightly coloured hair.

Important Notes

• Suitable for students, freelancers, and individuals with flexible schedules.
• Not suitable for candidates with full-time office commitments or full-time school schedules that may affect availability.
• Candidates should be able to commit consistently throughout the contract period.
