E-Title is a small, close-knit title agency in Perrysburg, and our team has decades of combined experience in the title business. We take pride in smooth, accurate closings and in taking good care of the agents, lenders, buyers, and sellers we work with. We're growing, and we're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented person to grow with us.

The Role
We're hiring a part-time General Title Agent for about 20 hours per week. No title experience? No problem. If you have solid administrative experience and a desire to learn, we'll train you. Training happens in our Perrysburg office. After that, we can offer some scheduling flexibility based on workload and your availability.

We're looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career with us. As you learn the business and our company grows, we expect this role to grow too, with more hours and more responsibility.

What You'll Learn and Do

• Open and manage title orders from contract through closing
• Order and review title searches, payoffs, and closing documents
• Prepare commitments, settlement statements, and closing packages
• Communicate with Realtors, lenders, attorneys, buyers, and sellers to keep files on track
• Help coordinate and conduct closings
• Assist with post-closing tasks such as recording and policy issuance
• Support the team with general office and administrative work

What We're Looking For

• Administrative or office experience (title, real estate, mortgage, legal, or banking experience is a bonus)
• Must be an Ohio resident. This is required to hold an Ohio Notary commission, which is part of the role.
• Current Ohio Notary commission is a plus. If you don't have one, we'll help you get it.
• Willingness to obtain an Ohio Title Insurance Agent license
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Friendly, clear communication by phone and email
• Ability to juggle multiple files and deadlines
• Comfort with computers and learning new software
• Reliable and able to work independently once trained
