What they need
About the role
We are looking for experienced tutors to provide private tutoring for two siblings, currently studying in S.1 and S.2. Tutors may apply for one or multiple subjects.
Key responsibilities
- Follow the students' current school syllabus
- Strengthen subject knowledge and academic performance
- Prepare for school transfer / entrance assessments
- Identify and reinforce weaker areas as needed
- Teach English, Chinese, Mathematics, and/or Science
- Conduct 1.5-hour sessions on Monday, Wednesday, Friday after 4:30 PM (2 sessions per day)
- Conduct 1.5-hour sessions on Saturday and Sunday (2–3 sessions per day)
About you
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Relevant teaching or tutoring experience
- Strong knowledge of the relevant subject(s)
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Experience teaching secondary school students
- Patient, responsible and able to adapt teaching to students at different year levels
- Experience preparing students for local school entrance/transfer assessments is preferred.
