We are hiring highly experienced US Sales Professionals (5–10 Years Experience) to drive growth for our fast-growing AI startup on a target-based model.

Compensation & Role Details

• Salary Structure: Fixed Monthly Salary + Target-Based Incentives
• Time Commitment: 2 Hours per day
• Work Days: 5 Days a week
• Location: 100% Remote / Work from Home

Available 2-Hour Time Slots (Choose Any One):

• 06:00 PM – 08:00 PM IST
• 08:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST
• 10:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST
• 12:00 AM – 02:00 AM IST
• 02:00 AM – 04:00 AM IST
• 04:00 AM – 06:00 AM IST

Requirements

• Experience: 5 to 10 Years of experience in US Sales / International Outbound Process (Mandatory).
• Target-Oriented: Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in the US market.
• Mandatory Commitment: Daily 2-hour active login during the assigned slot and attendance in all onboarding/training sessions.
• Skills: High-level verbal English communication, cold calling expertise, and objection-handling/closing skills.
• Tech Essentials: Laptop/PC with a high-speed stable internet connection and noise-canceling headset.
