Part Time Veterinary Client Relations Specialist

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people and wants to be the welcoming, friendly voice of our clinic.

As our Client Relations Specialist, you'll be the first person clients meet and the last impression they have. Your job? Make sure they feel welcomed, heard, and cared for.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Greet clients warmly – Set the tone for their entire visit
• Answer phones professionally – Be the voice people call when their pet is sick or they have questions
• Build relationships – Remember client names and pets; make them feel like family
• Schedule appointments thoughtfully – Listen to what clients need and find solutions
• Follow up with care – Call clients after visits to check on their pets
• Communicate clearly – Via phone, email, text—whatever works best for the client
• Keep things running – Support the clinic during both busy and slow periods
• Handle the details – Payments, records, forms done accurately and professionally
• Keep the lobby clean and welcoming
• Follow up with clients after their visits
• Assist with supplies and inventory
• Use downtime to complete administrative tasks and details

SCHEDULE:

• 15–20 hours/week (flexible based on your availability)
• Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM – 7:30 PM availability required
• Consistent shift schedule (opening or closing rotation)
• Changes only for vacations or team coverage
