What You'll Do

You’ll be one of the first friendly faces our clients and their pets see! Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming clients and their pets with a warm, friendly attitude
• Answering phones and assisting clients with questions and scheduling
• Providing excellent customer service and communication
• Educating clients about veterinary services and preventative care
• Scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate medical records
• Processing payments and assisting with basic administrative duties
• Communicating with doctors and the veterinary team
• Multitasking in a busy veterinary environment
• Helping keep the hospital organized, welcoming, and running smoothly

What We're Looking For

The right person will be:

• Friendly, compassionate, and genuinely enjoys working with people and pets
• An excellent communicator with strong phone skills
• Organized and able to multitask

• Comfortable using computers and learning new software
• Confident speaking with clients and providing education

• Interested in veterinary medicine and eager to learn

Veterinary reception experience is a plus, but not required. We’re looking for someone who is willing to learn, has a great attitude, and will be a positive addition to our team.
