Location: Simei

Work Schedule: Weekends Only

Rotating Shifts:
Morning Shift: 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM
Afternoon Shift: 2:30 PM to 10:00 PM

Your Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors at the gantry.
• Register visitors and verify their details according to established procedures.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist with crowd management and ensure smooth visitor flow.
• Respond to general enquiries and provide appropriate assistance.
• Perform basic administrative and computer-related tasks.
• Support other operational duties as required.

Requirements

• Friendly, approachable, and service-oriented personality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work well in a team.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
• No prior experience required. Training will be provided where necessary.
