Duties

• Arrange product layouts and planograms to optimize customer flow and maximize sales opportunities
• Collaborate with store management to manage inventory control, pricing strategies, and store layout management
• Ensure all visual elements adhere to branding standards and retail merchandising procedures
• Manage store merchandising operations by maintaining display standards, updating signage, and refreshing layouts regularly
• Assist with inventory management tasks including stock replenishment and inventory control to ensure product availability

Skills

• Strong understanding of branding principles and retail store experience in fashion retail or similar environments
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and conveying design ideas effectively
• Knowledge of retail math, pricing strategies, planograms, and merchandising display arrangement techniques
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently with strong time management skills
