Part Time Waiter/Waitress

We are looking for enthusiastic, responsible, and customer-oriented individuals who are keen to take up part-time assignments at restaurants, cafés, and other F&B establishments.

As a part-time service crew member, you may be assigned to different client locations depending on operational requirements. You will assist with daily restaurant operations, provide excellent customer service, and help provide an enjoyable dining experience for customers.

Flexible assignments may be available based on client requirements and your availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Prepare and arrange dining tables, cutlery, and service stations before service.
• Assist customers with menu ordering and answer general menu enquiries.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.
• Recommend menu items, promotions, and food products when required.
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in dining, service, and dishwashing areas.
• Follow food hygiene, workplace safety, and client operating procedures.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist with other F&B duties as assigned by the client supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Previous F&B or customer service experience preferred.
• Valid WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1 certificate preferred or required, depending on the assignment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Present yourself in a well-groomed, positive working attitude and professional manner
• Responsible, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to travel to different client locations across Singapore.
• Available to work on weekends, public holidays, and/or evening shifts, depending on assignment requirements.
• Willing to work in restaurants and F&B establishments that serve non-halal food.
