Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable
• Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods
• Upsell menu items including cocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and sales
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
• Assist with food handling, preparation support, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas
• Support bar service with drink preparation, cocktail mixing, and spirits knowledge for an elevated guest experience
• Buss tables, clear dishes, and ensure the dining environment remains tidy and inviting
• Follow all food safety protocols and sanitation standards diligently
• Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless guest relations in a lively restaurant or nightclub setting

Experience

• Previous food service experience in restaurants or nightlife venues preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is key
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly advantageous
• Experience with cocktail mixing, wine knowledge, spirits service, or fine dining environments is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
• Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing tabs efficiently
• Knowledge of food safety procedures and sanitation standards within the food industry
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced setting
• Nightclub or bar experience is beneficial for roles involving beverage service in energetic environments
