Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders efficiently using the Toast POS system.
• Process sales transactions smoothly while handling cash, credit cards, and other digital payment methods through Toast.
• Upsell menu items, focusing heavily on our signature dishes and specialty coffees, as well as regular juices, to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation.
• Assist with food handling, preparation support, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas.
• Buss tables, clear dishes, and ensure the dining environment remains tidy and inviting.
• Follow all food safety protocols and sanitation standards diligently.

Experience & Requirements

• Proven experience working in a fast-paced breakfast or brunch environment is required.
• Prior experience using Toast POS is highly preferred to ensure a smooth transition into our daily operations.
• Previous food service experience in restaurants or cafesenthusiasm for daytime hospitality is key.
• Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing customer checks efficiently.
• Knowledge of food safety procedures and sanitation standards within the food industry.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude in a busy setting.
• Must have reliable transportation to ensure punctual arrival for morning and daytime shifts.

Pay: From $6.38 per hour
