Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality food and beverage service.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Aloha POS system, ensuring all requests are communicated effectively to the kitchen staff.
• Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials, to assist guests in making informed choices.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Sanitate tables and dining areas between guests to ensure cleanliness and hygiene.
• Buss tables promptly after guests leave, preparing them for the next patrons.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using the cash register, ensuring all payments are processed correctly
• Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow during peak hours.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and experience with cash registers is beneficial.
• Familiarity with food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to sales techniques and menu offerings.
