Working Hours: 8:30am–5:00pm
Working Days: 3–4 days per week, including every Saturday

Tudung Muezza is looking for reliable, hardworking and organised Part-Time Warehouse Assistants to support our daily e-commerce warehouse operations.

We process a high volume of online orders daily, so we are looking for individuals who can work efficiently while maintaining accuracy.

You will work closely with our warehouse team to ensure customer orders are picked, packed and prepared correctly for dispatch, while keeping our stock and warehouse organised.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick products accurately according to customer orders
• Pack, seal and label parcels for dispatch
• Ensure the correct product, colour, size and quantity are picked
• Assist with sorting and preparing orders
• Count and verify stock quantities
• Assist with stocktaking
• Replenish and organise stock on shelves
• Receive, unpack and organise incoming stock
• Assist with checking products for obvious defects or issues
• Prepare stock required for TikTok LIVE sessions when needed
• Keep the warehouse, packing stations and stock areas clean and organised
• Assist with other warehouse and e-commerce fulfilment duties when required

Requirements

• Able to commit to 3–4 full working days per week
• Must be available to work every Saturday
• Able to work from 8:30am–5:00pm
• Responsible, punctual and reliable
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Careful and accurate when handling different products, colours, sizes and quantities
• Able to follow instructions and warehouse procedures
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable with physical warehouse duties, including standing, packing, picking and moving stock
• Willing to help with different warehouse duties when required
• Previous experience in warehouse, packing, e-commerce or order fulfilment is an advantage but not required
• Training will be provided

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is fast, careful and takes responsibility for their work.

As we handle a high volume of customer orders, accuracy is important. You should be able to work at a good pace while ensuring the correct items, colours, sizes and quantities are picked and packed.

You should also be willing to take initiative in replenishing and organising stock and keeping the warehouse tidy when order packing is completed.

Pay: $12 per hour
Schedule: 3–4 days per week
Working Hours: 8:30am–5:00pm
Saturday availability is compulsory.
