Purpose:

The Warehouse Associate ensures any returned equipment is cleaned and ready to be used again. They provide warehouse support by stocking shelves, maintaining inventory and completing all necessary paperwork.

Location: Ontario Medical Supply - Scarborough (2450 Morningside Avenue, Unit 9, Scarborough, ON M1X2E5)

Salary: $18.45/hr

Type: Part-time, Permanent

Schedule: Saturday and Sunday: 9AM-7:30PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Cleaning Equipment
• QC Equipment
• Maintain QC records
• Physically and electronically binning equipment
• Record and report internal use items
• Complete all required paperwork
• Making sure all equipment is in working order before shelving
• Allocate bins in multi-bin environment
• Report all equipment deficiencies to the supervisor
• Inspect all equipment for damage and product integrity
• Record item lot numbers, serial numbers and expiry dates identified on items
• Perform general cleaning duties

Qualifications:

• Completion of high school
• Minimum 6 months full time working experience in a warehousing environment
• Health and safety training is an asset

SKILLS:

• Health and safety training is an asset
• Candidates must demonstrate basic mathematic skills
• Attention to detail
• Sound judgment
• Computer literacy
• Time management skills and initiative
