Part Time Warehouse Coordinator 1PM to 5PM

Job Summary: The Part-Time Warehouse Associate will assist with shipping, receiving,

order fulfillment, and inventory management. This hands-on, part-time role requires a

strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in

a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with shipping and receiving operations
• Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and on time
• Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
• Maintain organized and accurate inventory records
• Help schedule pickups and deliveries with carriers and freight providers/will call

orders

• Operate a stacker and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment
• Collaborate with the office team for order processing and logistics planning

Qualifications:

• 1+ years’ experience in a warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics role
• Forklift certification preferred
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical labor during shifts
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Basic computer skills (e.g., Excel, email, shipping software)
• Experience with shipping platforms (UPS, FedEx, LTL carriers) a plus
• Dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Available to work a part-time schedule (approx. 20–25 hours per week)

Pay: $26.95 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 per week
