About the role

The Part Time Weekday Admin Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and sales support to the company. The successful candidate will be highly organized and detailed oriented, efficient, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support by managing paperwork, organizing files, and handling correspondence.
• Assist in sales-related tasks, such as preparing reports and coordinating activities.
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and calls, and ensure that they are prepared and on time for all engagements.
• Prepare presentations and reports.

About you

• Minimum local Polytechnic Diploma qualification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
