Working 14 hours per week on the Twilight Shift (Saturday and Sunday, 4:00pm–11:00pm), you'll deliver compassionate, person-centred care in a welcoming, beautifully maintained home, supported by a dedicated and friendly team

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
• Support the development and implementation of care plans tailored to individual needs.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and progress.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide updates and address concerns.
• Uphold hygiene and safety standards in all care environments.

What We Offer:

• Stable, Part-Time Hours: 14 hours per week on the Twilight Shift
• Set Shifts: Saturday and Sunday, working 4:00pm–11:00pm.
