Duties

• Welcome and assist guests during late-night check-ins and check-outs with friendly, professional phone etiquette and customer service problem-solving skills
• Manage hotel reservations using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, revenue reports, and financial transactions to ensure all data is correct and complete
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries or issues, providing exceptional guest relations and resolving concerns with a positive attitude
• Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting property inspections, and following hotel emergency procedures during overnight hours
• Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure smooth handovers to morning staff
• Support front desk operations by managing guest requests, phone communication, and coordinating with housekeeping or maintenance teams as needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality management, front desk operations, or hotel management preferred; resort experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of hotel reservation systems such as OPERA or other property management systems (PMS)
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance client communication and guest services
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and problem-solving in fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to ensure guest safety during overnight shifts
• Ability to work independently during night hours while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail
• Strong phone communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette and customer service expertise
